CCS wre is a newly-generational product compared with pure copper lead which can be divided into annealed state(A) and hard state(H), and is also a newly compound materials taking high quality steels with low carbon as basis core and  processed with copperizing craftworks. Combining high conductivity, good brazability, anti-corrosion and fine high frequency capacity of pure copper and high intensity and flexibility of steel wire, CCS resistibility equals with that of pure copper wire, but its tensile strength is two times than that of pure copper. In the communicational cable, with good mechanic strength, light weight and never distortion, CCS can suffer blizzards and hails, and can work in the wide span, salt spray and easy corrosion environment. CCS improves the transmitting quality, and reduces the costs in avoid of distraction and distortion while transmitting information.

At present time CCS is becoming the ideal lead in the communicational, electronic and electrical power industry, while is also widely used as the conductor materials in the communicational wires and cables. Especially under the high frequency, CCS frequency enhances for the skin effect, so the conductivity of CCS is the similar to that of copper wire of the same areas, but it has lighter weight, more saving steels, lower cost than copper, CCS is the ideal replacing products of pure copper wire.

CCS wire features:

(1) High intensity: is 2 times than pure copper wire that is if the tensile strength of pure copper wire is about 215 to 265, then CCS can reach 430 to 530.

(2) Light weight: lighter 13% than pure copper wire. Under the same wire size and weight, its length is 1.13 times than that of pure copper wire. So buying 1 ton CCS wire is the same as buying 1.13 tons’ pure copper wire.

(3) Saving cost: CCS wire price is just 35% of that of pure copper wire.

(4) With smoothly surface, rounding, never beyond any permitted error like fish, and its appearance quality is the same with pure copper wire.

(5) Reducing greatly the production cost while guaranteeing the same quality as well as pure copper wire.
